Legal basis of the data processing activities
The legal basis of all our processing activities is based on Art. 6 (1) DSGVO.
In particular, your data will be processed on the following bases:
- 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO – Your consent – if you have given me your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
- 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO – fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures
- 6 para. 1 lit. c) DSGVO – compliance with legal obligations
- 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO – Legitimate interests
Duration of storage
If the storage period is not specified below, your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose or legal basis for the storage ceases to apply. Personal data will not be deleted if storage is required by law (e.g. § 257 HGB, 147 AO) and in the event of a possible legal dispute.
Data security
To protect the security of your data during transmission, I use technical and organizational security measures, in particular the encryption of my website to prevent unauthorized access by third parties. My security measures are continuously improved and adapted according to technological developments.

Purpose of processing:

The processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO based on my legitimate interest to host the website and to improve and monitor the security, stability and functionality of the website.
Recipients:
Recipients of the data are technical service providers who are responsible for the operation and maintenance of my website. As processors, the service providers are obliged to process the data only within the scope of my instructions.
Retention period:
The server logs are deleted within one month after collection.
E-mail contact
Purpose of processing:
II offer you the opportunity to contact me directly by e-mail. The data entered and transmitted by you will be processed solely for the purpose of individual communication with you. I will process your email address as well as any information you provide to me in the course of communication.
Legal basis:
The processing of data transmitted by e-mail is based on my legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) in efficient and simple communication with you. Depending on the nature of your request, the processing of data transmitted by e-mail may also serve the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO). In addition, e-mail data may be processed on the basis of your consent (Art.6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

The recipients of the data are order processors. As order processors, the service providers are obliged to process the data only within the scope of my instructions.
Retention period::
If no user relationship is established after contacting me, your data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the last contact. If a contractual relationship is established, your contact data will be stored for as long as the user relationship lasts. If I am subject to legal retention periods, I will comply with them and delete your data after expiry of the periods.
Contact form
Type and purpose of processing:
If you want to contact me, I need to communicate with you in the context of the business relationship and process data for this purpose. If you call me or send me a message, for example via the contact form (SSL-encrypted) or by e-mail, I need your e-mail address or a phone number if I am to respond to you. Instead of your name you can also use a pseudonym. I will use this data as well as date and time of your contact exclusively for processing your request
For this purpose, I process your name and e-mail address, as well as any content of the customer relationship, or your order.

The sending of transactional e-mail takes place in the context of the performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO).

Retention period:
In accordance with § 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and § 147 of the German Tax Code (AO), I store the communication with you for 10 years, insofar as this is required by law, and is otherwise deleted as soon as the respective purpose has been fulfilled.
